September, Martin Wind (Laika-Records), features his Gravity Trio, whose first album, Gravity (Laika, 2013), was compared to Sonny Rollins's classic trio album Way Out West (Contemporary, 1957). It has a very different vibe from Stars; more adventurous and muscular, with the leader's bass participating prominently in the sometimes raucous give and take between Peter's definitely Sonny-inspired tenor and Jonas' extrovert drums.
